Otherwise, buyer will be considered as to fully agree to all the terms and conditions.When you place an order to purchase a product from N & M Bargains UK Limited, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents the purchase of a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation of a dispatched product. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the confirmation e-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a confirmation e-mail do not form part of that contract.3. Availability
We list availability information for products sold by us on the website, and on each product information page. To ensure we provide accurate details on product availability, N & M Bargain’s website is regularly updated. We will do our very best to keep our products availability updated. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. If N & M Bargain’s do not supply the goods for any reason you will be notified by your email address registered on our website and be refunded the full amount of your order made. N & M Bargain’s will not be responsible for compensating you for any losses you may suffer if goods are not supplied.4. Acceptance Of Order TermsPlease note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. N & M Bargains UK Limited reserves the right, at sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, N & M Bargains UK Limited may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. N & M Bargains UK Limited reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. When you make a purchase, you agree that the risk of loss transfers from N & M Bargains UK Limited to you from the moment we deliver your order to the carrier. You will bear all related liabilities and risks during the third-party transportation of your order.5. Pricing
The price for the goods shall, unless otherwise agreed, be the price set out on the confirmation e-mail. The price for the goods quoted on the website shall be exclusive of all costs of carriage and insurance at checkout.6. Delivery
Please be advised that all orders are subject to 6 business day handling time. Subject to the other provisions of these Terms, the Company shall not be liable for any loss, whether direct or consequential, economic or loss of profits or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly out of any delay in the delivery of the Goods. Any goods not available at the time of the Buyer’s order will be sent to the Buyer, as soon as possible. Any dates specified by N & M Bargains UK Limited for delivery of the goods are intended to be an estimate only. If no date is specified for delivery of the goods, delivery shall be within a reasonable time. Subject to the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions, N & M Bargains UK Limited shall not be liable for any loss, whether direct or consequential, economic or loss of profits or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly out of any delay in the delivery of the goods.7. Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

The full purchase price of all goods shall be due at the time of purchase and subsequently an order confirmation e-mail will be sent. Payment shall not be deemed to have taken place until the receipt from the Company has been issued.
N & M Bargains UK Limited sincerely suggests every respected customer to read the following regulations carefully before purchase. N & M Bargains UK Limited accepts potential Return Requests if contacted within 14 days starting from the day that the purchased item(s) had been delivered. Once the return/exchange request(s) is confirmed by N & M Bargains UK Limited, the item(s) should be returned to N & M Bargains UK Limited within 7 working days. Upon retrieval of product(s), the request will be processed within 4-6 working days and someone from N & M Bargain’s Customer Support team will follow up with the sender. If you had trouble receiving the confirmation email, please email us via email@example.com with your account name, purchase information and payment confirmation email to facilitate the request. Please note the following:
Product returns must be via one of N & M Bargains UK Limited’s approved shipping methods and return address; our Support Center can provide you with further details.
2.Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
3. For refunds, the processing time for us to proceed with the refund will be between 3-6 business days upon receiving your returned item.
After this the refund time will depend on the payment method. Please see below for details:
-PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account.
-Credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days to appear in your account. This delay depends entirely on your credit card company and any intermediaries.
6 Months Seller Warranty
N & M Bargains UK Limited offers 6 months warranty for Consumer Electronic products such as TV BOX, TABLET, CELLPHONE, GAMEPAD, SECURITY ITEMS and so on (RC quadcopter is not in the scope of this warranty). If items of the above categories are faulty for non-artificial reasons within 6 months warranty (counting from the date of arrival), customers can send the items back for free repair. Dis-assemble, misuse, drop, waterlog or any other artificial factors to cause the damage of item are not in the scope of this warranty. N & M Bargains UK Limited will be in charge of all the repair handling fees and non-artificial defective component replacement charges (this free repair rule does not apply to motherboard & screen). 9.1 Faulty Goods
N & M Bargains aim to replace or repair faulty products if they are deemed to be faulty on arrival. We must be notified within 7 days of delivery. However, the product must be in ‘as new’ condition complete with original box, packing and accessories. Proof of purchase must also be provided. If we are unable to detect a fault, it may be necessary for us to return the goods to the manufacturer for confirmation before we are able to supply a replacement.
8.2 Costs of Return
Return delivery cost of a confirmed return request would be settled by N & M Bargains UK Limited side:
Unless stated otherwise, delivery cost would initially be paid on the requester’s side when returned to N & M Bargains UK Limited include invoice for the Return/Exchange Delivery.
9. Return, Refund & Repair Policy
N & M Bargains UK Limited accepts the return requests within 14 days starting from the day that the purchased item(s) has been delivered, please be sure to state a reasonable cause for returning the item(s). Once the Return/ Exchange Request(s) are confirmed by N & M Bargains UK Limited, you have to return the item(s) to N & M Bargains UK Limited within 7 working days. For return of unintended purchase (i.e. change of mind, buy the wrong item), we will charge for the shipping cost (to and return) and 12% restock fee. Also, the item must be returned to N & M Bargains in brand new and undamaged condition with all accessories. Once N & M Bargains UK Limited get the returned item and agree to settle the return request via a full/partial refund, refunding will be facilitated within 7 working days. Refunding only applies to the non-Gift-Coupon Payment of an order, please contact our Customer Support Team for further advice.
Damaged and defected goods (posted within 14 days after receiving delivery). Customer Support will further provide assistance.
All device items come with 6 months seller’s warranty; however, accessories are not include in the warranty. If you had trouble receiving the confirmation email. Please kindly contact email us with your account name and purchase information. For quick assistance, forwarding of the payment Confirmation email would be advised.
13. Electronic communications
When you visit N & M Bargains UK Limited or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the website. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
14. Losses and Limitation of Liability
The Company’s liability in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of the subject matter of the Contract shall not exceed the total value of the goods delivered under the terms and N & M Bargains UK Limited shall, under no circumstances, be liable to the buyer for any consequential, indirect or economic loss or damages.
If you the purchaser breach these conditions and N & M Bargain take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be void or unenforceable. Such part shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions. They will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
